Good morning to you all,

I am currently searching for a vps with the aforementioned specs.

Must:

  • Have the Ability to install whatever OS I want (in this case Windows)
  • have 1GB Uplink and the possibility to upgrade the link to 2.5G/5G/10G
  • EU based.

    Shared 10g is basically x Servers share one 10g link and no one ever Gets 10g ?

    Yes 10Gbit is shared by multiple VPSes but you can burst up to 10Gbit. You won't get a dedicated 10gbit.
