We are not interested in DDR3 hardware.
I don't know how many people would be interested in a server with such an old CPU... You may have better luck parting it out and selling all the parts individually.

That is the computing power of a decent laptop, but the power usage is prohibitive.
If you are renting it to me and host it yourself, I could be interested.
I would be interested to take it if I can find somewhere to colo it.

DDR3 hardware is basically e-waste at this point
I get that this is not the latest hardware but there are providers who sell v2 servers on a monthly lease or use them as VPS nodes. I don't quite think its e-waste.

Nothing wrong with DDR3... my basement workstation has DDR2 "667", which is 333 MHz net of marketing terms. I
perfed the only program running on that hardware and the cache misses are too infrequent for the memory speed to matter. In fact I'd like to profile it with slower memories if that were a practical test to do.
