Would Italy work if in price range?
Why do you want a 14900k when it's hardly any different from a 13900k? You might get more provider offers with a 13900k at a lower price.
@MrRadic has: https://www.reliablesite.net/dedicated-servers/24-core-server/intel-core-i9-13900K-128GB
It's half your budget at $150/mo. It's out of stock now but reach out to them for details on when stock may be available.
Why it wouldn't? He said it clearly in the west or east coast of the United States or what it troubles you?
Contact MrRadic and see if they can get this one in stock for you. https://www.reliablesite.net/dedicated-servers/24-Core-server/intel-core-i9-14900K-192GB

These are regularly restocked, but sell super quickly.
Texas is kinda not either East or West coast though. I'm sure Amsterdam (New York), Bagdad (Florida), Belgrade (Maine), Bolivia (North Carolina), Budapest (Georgia), Delhi (California), Lebanon (Oregon), or even Timbuctoo (California) would work for OP tho! Or for that distinct Romanian basement feeling, Transylvania County (North Carolina)!
Southwest is still... west, but I agree with all the rest you said.
For that distinct Romanian basement feeling you mentioned the ghost-village Romania (Pennsylvania) with 20 inhabitants or maybe even Rome (Georgia) may work too.
That sign pairing is slightly sus. Especially for a town of 20 people.
Maybe it's there as a warning for overnight guests, travelers and so on? It's a remote village Romania after all ...
Don't forget garlic!
The problem with knock-off Romania is that they don't have chickens.
Seriously tho, it isn't really clear what the OP is actually looking for, so they're unlikely to get good offers.
Why such a specific CPU rather than a more common one? Why only two specific stretches of landmass, separated by 4000 km? What is their use case (for finding good matches of IP transit and number of IPs, for instance)?
Probably a lot more. But I'm not a provider. Those are just the things that come to my mind as someone who is just observing. 🍿
The 14900K is now back in stock - https://www.reliablesite.net/dedicated-servers/24-core-server/intel-core-i9-14900K-192GB
👏 Wish I could afford it!
I want one in LA with a few extra IPv4s and an IPv6/48. Some day!
Good luck with sales!
