Looking for Dedicated Server for file hosting

Currently using a server from Hetzner and it's good deal:
Ryzen 7 3700X
64GB DDR4 RAM
2x8TB HDD
Unmetered @ 1Gbps
Around $45 per month

I am looking for higher spec or similar spec with better CPU / network

Highest budget is $60 per month

Location doesn't matter, also really don't need big storage but should be at least 2x1TB or raid1 1TB

For network, 10TB or more should be fine.

Any suggestions?

Yes, i also have the 3700x but with 2x 1TB SSD picked it up for 32.50 a month its now 44 or soemthing.
