OK, let's see... There are a lot of excellent providers here, some are new ones that I do not have experience with them... So, I will vote according with what I am using mostly the last 4-5 years.
Most Reliable: I want to honor Dacentec. I have two old opteron dedis with them. For 25$ per month, two machines with 4TB disks the first and 8TB disks the second (a special offer). Registration date of the servers: 07/29/2017. Had false DMCA notices that where handled perfectly when answered the tickets. Last ticket for a connectivity issue was opened by me at 2019 (resolved in minutes). And a demand for an IPMI on 2021 that handled in 10 minutes. The second server had an uptime 815 days (I rebooted last week due to needed and delayed for long updates). And on the top of that, a free /29 ip block on request (have to clarify the usage of each additional ip). They still sell those servers. Yes, they are old, but the company is extremely reliable and if you have needs that fits to an older server (e.g. big daily backups, 4-8 TB is plenty of space), then, they are VfM.
I have excellent opinion for some others (e.g. BuyVM, Netcup, Racknerd) but I have only 3+1 votes.
