Finding a VPS

Hello,
I'm looking for a VPS with 16 vCPU, 32GB RAM & >250GB SSD storage, at least 100Mbps link speed. Crypto payment would be nice, but not needed.
I'm looking to pay no more than $50-60/mo, I found Webdock & Contabo would fit within this price range, with Hetzner (Cloud VPS) being a bit more expensive. However, Hetzner also has some dedicated servers which would fit my criteria, but I have no experience with setting them up.
For now, I'm mainly looking at Webdock & Contabo. Any other options you guys would suggest?

Go with Hetzner, what do you want to setup on the server ? They can give you IPMI acces you have to request it they call it lara it's free for 3 hours, Support is also very nice and quick there.
