Need a KVM / near bare metal instance for testing virtual KVM instances (Ubuntu 22 LTS)

Hi guys, pretty much all my bare metal servers/instances are either used or do not have the option to install Ubuntu 22 LTS (what's going on with these providers is really beyond me)

I therefore need something that has nested virtualization enabled so I can do some tests.

This I think is what I need

1. The ability to install (or os reload) Ubuntu 22 on the host / main KVM.
2. About 4 GB of RAM (or higher - no more than 8 GB)
3. About 50 GB disk
4. At least 250GG transfer
5. Minimum 100 mbit connection
6. CPU - 4 cores at least - doesn't have to be dedicated since this isn't production
7. 1 IPv4
8. Location doesn't so matter to me (except would rather not be Germany)

Reasonably priced - I probably only need it for a month but if it's a reasonably priced yearly - that could work too.
