naranja Windows vps go offline automatically !

aaxaaaaxaa Member

I have many VPS from naranja

I Try installing Windows with all of them

The problem I face is that the server go offline automatically after a few days of work, and I need to go to the control panel and start it again. This is very annoying.

Specifications of the last server on which the experiment was performed

4 vCPU
8GB RAM
80GB SSD

When I contacted support, this was the response

"Searching on the internet it seems there are a lot of people encountering this issue.. As it's not a VM related issue I don't think we can help you."

Has anyone encountered this problem before and how can it be solved?

I have servers from other companies that run on Windows, some of which have been online continuously for up to two years, especially Hetzner.

share the windows screenshots from Hetzner that it is not activated and running for x number of days.

Windows Server OS Evaluation version works for 180 days that can be extended four times
Windows Server OS un-activated version auto shuts down at random times from 30 minutes to two hours

This picture is of a Windows server on a hetzner (uptime 65 days) not activated. (I have been using it for 3 years and it has never turned off on its own. Sometimes I restart it )

This picture is of a MY New BF Windows server on a webhorizon (uptime 44 days) not activated.

Surely activation state of Windows is not the issue.
I have this instance (still unactivated) running for 38 days

Isn't it the case that the provider should offer Windows ISOs (by default) that are installed with evaluation key?!
