I mean do the simple math. 30$, minus taxes, minus payment fees, minus some person time that need to click accept/develop system, minus yearly cost of domain (10$ [they have it for how long - few years?]) - would you sell your domain for like -120$ profit?
All you can do is hope they gonna stop paying for it, but then I would suggest not visiting the website/DNS as this brings traffic... so someone is interested, so worth to hold it.

You broke rule one of acquiring domains, don't let anyone else know that you're interested.
Make an inquiry and see how you go. If you can add a zero and go in with $300, then you may have a chance. I’ve purchased domains for 20% of what it was being advertised for, so I think there’s a good chance you won’t have to pay $1880, but I think it’ll be tripple digits.
If the .com isn’t super important, you can register the .net version for retail.
Put 200-300 and hope for the best
Probably some mjj company snatched the domain. They will milk you to the max.
