    I would suggest you to better configure your WHMCS to handle the Cloudflare Reverse Proxy. On your web ticket I see my IPv4 is 188.114.102.118 (CF IP), indeed it isn't .

    @Calin This is the 3rd day since my demand for partial refund after both the VPS is dead and the website is down.

    But for unknown reasons Calin only replied OK and asked my PayPal email address, then nothing happens.

    I'm wondering how long it will take to process.

    Below is the overall uptime of iHostArt NAT VPS:

    1. Due date is 1st May, 2024, and I ask for remaining refund of 3.5 month / 12 * 5.69 USD = 1.66 USD.

      If you really want to donate 1 EUR, then donate to any non-profit organisation or widely-depended open-source project.

    @Calin Would you just give me an estimated time of process, so I can wait, because now it's the 3rd workday since my demand of refund.

    And It has been 2 days since your last reply to me, during which you seem quite active on the forum but have no time in repairing the VPS or processing a refund or even making a guess of estimation of processing time?

    I can understand your disappointment to @Calin 's service and attitude, but some words on the page go too far and the page seems created to counteract vir 's unreasonable operations.

    So I would recommend you to modify according to truth, I mean what @Calin did, like

    1. He always likes to say "next week", which at best means next month or never happen (the promise IPv6 is never working on NAT VPS);
    2. He promised the NAT VPS service would continue, but announced deprecation several days later;
    3. iHostArt is the first provider to which I demand for a partial refund (because the VPS is dead and the website is down too), and it's the slowest to process if refundable.

    I suppose your website will be promoted widely after the above modifications, otherwise, I told you some words are too harsh and not stating truth.

    Website it's down for maintenance , after back to mentenance give you refund , it's 3th time when I'm saying this , refund requests it''s not a urgent thing , who have problems with down VPS (NO NAT VPS LINE) it's possible write on our discord server > https://discord.gg/bmKHYdt7W9 , other VPS line it's not affected , STORAGE line or VPS KVM SSD line , we speak here about two problems

    our main website it's on mentenance , and just NAT VPS (with 5.69 euros/year price) it's down , for who want a refund for this NAT VPS , just opened a ticket on website after it's back online website (ihostart.com)

    Sorry maybe I'm not speak clary from first time.English it's not my first language
