You will need VDS for running BlueStack.
I think to run bluestack, atleast low end gpu will be required

I'm not really familiar with Bluestack, but I understand it's an emulator

You need the processor to be Ryzen and at least 8GB RAM, preferably 8 CPUs

BlueStacks is not great in releasing memory, so high memory and daily reboots are recommended.
