I'm looking for a server that has at least these specs:

Location: Preferably EU, US is acceptable
CPU: At least 4 vCores (more acceptable)
RAM: 4+GB (8GB or more preferred)
Network: 1gbps-10gbps symmetrical (20+ TB Bandwidth) (10gbps preferred)
Storage: 300GB or more SSD preferably, HDD acceptable
OS: Windows Server, Linux acceptable if GUI is accessible

Please let me know my options, thank you!

    After installing XFCE and XRDP, you can use RDP to access Linux with GUI.

    What is your use case for windows OS based VPS?

    With due respect, @c1vhosting VPS is not suited for high frequency usage such as real time trading, as your network, on rare occasions, can get into slow mode.

    @Clouvider vps is recommended for super solid network performance, the biggest factor for any high frequency real time usage such as trading
