With India as a location, I want the follow spec:
Atleast 4 GB RAM
100 GB NVMe SSD
2TB+ Monthly Bandwidth
2 vCores, KVM of course. AMD preferred, but Intel is acceptable too.
From a site that accepts PayPal.
No setup unless your monthly price is worthy enough.

Max budget is $10.

Location can be Europe(specifically either in Germany, Finland, Netherlands, or UK) if it is cheap enough. Singapore acceptable too. But India is priority. Strictly NOT US. Their ping sucks with me.

What I have looked into: ZAP Hosting, Contabo, Hetzner, Advin(mans always out of stock), Oracle Free Cloud(they're always out of stock lmao), Azure student plan, AWS(deez nuts), GCP and etc. They all suck one way or the other.

If you can do a cheap dedi like how Hetzner rolls with their dedi server, but in India, for a maximum of $32, tell me. But this one is completely optional. Need to be atleast 32 GB of RAM and 500 GB storage.

For EU: it do be like 1) NL(only if allows..."plex"ible content) 2) UK 3) Finland and then finally Germany.
