Hi everyone, I'm recently setting up a mini CDN for some sites and I would like to know if there are any hosting companies in the United Kingdom that could make me some offers for some fairly minimal vps but which have at least 1 IPV4 and 4G of RAM

@AlexBarakov has the UK location for you, they also have BG/US/DE. They have differnet plans depending on your needs, and bandwidth seems to be quite low on all of them so have that in mind (aff | non-aff)
@Hosteroid would satisfy with your RO & UK location requirements, but his public plans are quite low on bandwidth, so maybe hit him up on DMs and maybe if you get both locations you get a little upgrade (aff | non-aff)

If you're building your own CDN then you probably want to use Anycast, which would mean using your own IP range and BGP, or using something like BuyVM's anycast service.
Or are you just going to do GeoIP instead, or different subdomain per location (like uk.cdn.example.com for the UK CDN node, etc)
