Very unlikely. I've never found any vps in USA that provides even 180ms in ASIA
It depends where in Asia
You can get sub 180ms from US West Coast to SG.
@yaty497 Below 180ms would be impossible, but you can get around 190–240ms, depending on where in India you are located.
Checkout our Looking Glass for Los Angeles, US location.

Try EU / SG Vps ( if incase of, need of decent latency ).
No US Vps can match ur expected latency
Why not, Seattle to Hong Kong average is ard 160ms
He is asking about India, mate
This is from my @InceptionHosting Arizona VPS
If you are referring to Asia meaning Hong Kong also belong to Asia.
If you find, let me too
The Chennai one was the best about 205 ms .... from Arizona VPS
@Clouvider network is among the best I have seen at LET
I can recommend Crunchbits Spokane, Limewave Seattle and Racknerd LAX, all of them have sub 220ms to South India.
Edit: 130-150ms is impossible to India from US. You can try some EU providers in Netherlands/France/UK, those can get you sub 150 if you are in Mumbai.
Won't happen between US and India, unless you dig a hole through the planet
it's impossible. Most of my idle vps's ping around 190~300
You cannot reduce the actual distance between two places ....
The Indian tectonic plate is moving North East at about 30mm per year.
If OP waits long enough, India will be close enough to the USA to reduce ping latency.
I didn't taken this into account. Yes there is a chance.
OP just needs to be patient. Very soon India will become next door neighbors with the USA right next to California. Latency will be very good then.
Use UDP then you get latency this low cuz you don't need to do handshakes
So far for VPSes located in LA, I get approx. 180ms like Racknerd,
We have a very good connectivity to Asia, so here are our Test IP addresses to check your latency:
IPv4: 157.254.221.2
IPv6: 2605:8340:0000:0049:42e7:3156:eb61:0001
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Check it and let me know your ping reply.
We have servers starting from $1.5/m and $9/y.
If you want to check our offer, here is our latest post:

I believe the physics disallows that. But in LET anything's possible.
I tried several nodes in LA and got several Pings from 205ms to 215ms to a test IP address from Vultr Banglore.
Any low end alcubierre vps?
this might help
