WIX, I just finished talking to their customer service
My wix account was deleted and my domain name was taken back without any notice. And, most importantly, they haven't given me a refund yet. Their staff said it would take 7 to 20 days, depending on the bank. .....
They also asked me if I wanted to unblock my account and compensate me.
I asked what compensation? wix: compensate you and restore the previously purchased domain name. I'm fucked. If the compensation is completed and there are no discounts in Turkey, who would still buy from you?
I can only wait. Damn it, I shouldn’t have bought his stuff.
To restore the account, I need to hold my passport and send them my credit card information. The last four digits can be covered up.

Sounds like a solved problem to me
The question is, are you really from Turkey? I know there were a flock of mjjs tried taking advantage of WIX's special discounts using fake information.
And he says they haven’t refunded him, but later proceeds to say that they refer to the bank processing time
