    Based on ping.pe it is 1ms ping in Tokyo, Japan. So it is in Japan, the geolocation of the IP seems to be not updated.

    IP location websites are independently owned and cache new info differently. Some take a few days and some take a year.

    This email from contabo, I have SG VM but ip geo is Uk

    Since IPv4 addresses are running short, we have several sources to obtain new IPv4 addresses in order to provide them to our customers. For this reason, we also have IP addresses which have been assigned to other countries previously. Recently added IP ranges have been stored this old geo location in various databases and it will take much time before the true location is updated. These databases are created and maintained by third parties, so the location data for the IP addresses is only as good as the company managing the data.

    In fairness if you look at the whois on bgp.tools (last updated 2 says ago) you get

    netname: YorkshireTech
    country: GB

    People generally do get confused about the difference between geolocation and actual location.

    It looks like IPXO overwriting the location to London in their geofeed file. visualwebtechnologies please resolve the issue with IPXO.
