Been using a bunch of different services (VPS's) from them in the past year, the services (specifically their support answer time and CPU steal on the services) have gotten progresively worse over this period. If there's a need for me to provide proof of paid invoices I will.
Now, I understand that some amount of CPU steal is to be expected on this type of service at this price (4 Ryzen vCores under 10E), but it sometimes it went above 25% while the server was almost idle (1 instance of a Counter-Strike 2 server running on it under Pterodactyl panel) - https://i.imgur.com/pzYnu4K.png (those 2 pics are from different times, from the same ticket, 2 different host machines)

Here's also a YABS, the network seems slower than I remember (don't have any older tests)

Order this service: https://ht-hosting.de/order/winter-sale/341. Paid for service and it was deployed in minutes. After a couple of hrs VPS did not respond anymore via SSH. When checked "panel", show service cancelled. Sent a ticket asking why cancelled, now 24 hrs later no reply and VPS removed from panel as if never existed. Nor any refund money. As you mentioned, i noticed steal of approx 4% when nothing was running.
Last ticket I opened with them, I didn't get a response after 6 days. Closed the ticket manually after that.
