Are you looking for VPS or Dedicated servers? I really doubt someone will offer something with these specs under 35$/m.
@fiberstate was offering 5700g with 128GB RAM (in promotion, normally 64GB) , 1TB NVME and unlimited traffic at $49/month. So, I thought $35/month is a resonable price for 4600g with 32GB RAM.
Let some provider offer the server first, I can increase a few dollars if required.
The above-mentioned Specs are too high for a 35$ budget.
