Looking for a Japan VPS

Hello.

I'm looking for a VPS with a data center in Japan.
It is primarily intended for hosting websites, but may also send emails.
The following specifications are desired.

Virtualization: KVM
Memory: Between 4GB and 8GB
Disk capacity: 100GB (NVME is better, but SSD is also fine)
Budget: Around $30 to $80 per year

I'm currently considering a Contabo VPS, but the specs are sufficient, but using the Japan region would be out of my budget.
Also, I saw a review that even if you select the Japan region, depending on the IP address, it is determined to be Europe or America.

If you have any good VPS, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

However, the 4GB plan costs $280.99 per year, which is quite a bit over budget.

But, Japan VPS are too expensive than Europe/USA

Have bad width prices in Japan come down meaningfully the last couple years? Is something like what OP is asking for even possible in Japan under $100 per year?
