How to contact cloudcone customer service?

As shown in the title, how can I quickly contact Cloudcone's customer service personnel? My ticket has not been processed yet.

    @Cloudcone Sometimes more than a day no response from cloudcone for tickets,not like @greencoludvps the ticket is always answer within 10 minutes.

    How long did you wait before saying "no response"/"no reply"?

  • More than 3 hours

  • Sometime you wait more than 18 hours no reply at all

  • 1: vps has problem from 05:40
    2: ticket sumbit at about 08:30
    3: ticket reply at about 11:30
    4: vps back online at 13:30

    I submit tickit to support team,no reply waiting 2 hours,then I submit to sales dept ask them to push support team,twitter them,email them every acccount that i know.

    I feel really sorry for you. Your service is not bad but your business is literally like a black hole. If this goes on, you will deadpool soon.

  • I have been with cloudcone more than 3 years,most of the case,the service is stable,only these few months,seems they are busy after IP change from last OCT.
    The ticket response time takes longer than expected,it is most of case less than 0.5 hours,but for now,a few hours.
    I never open a ticket if i can settle it myself.

    I have been using CloudCone for two years, and I always thought it was a stable and reliable provider. However, on February 2nd, my account was inexplicably blocked, and I cannot log in. The VPS under my account has been suspended as well. I have tried reaching out through email, but it has been three days with no response. I even attempted to create a new account and submit a ticket, but it has been a day with no reply. I am really frustrated, and perhaps I should consider looking into other VPS providers. :# :'(
