VPSforVPN Review
This is my short n' sweet review of VPSforVPN.
To start, they're using Virtualizor.
My free VPS came with OpenVPN pre-installed on Ubuntu 20.04 x86_64. The script used to install is available in the VPS panel in recipes.
V4V is using LXC, limiting your choice to OpenVPN, unless the host system has the required kernel module. OpenVPN is okay, but I prefer Wireguard.
This VPS says located in Phoenix Arizona and came with:
1 IPv4
/112 IPv6 (65,536)
Note IP2Location shows IPXO LLC, NY, others show 1GServers, AZ.
These show up as datacenter/corporate IP, not residential.

I had some issues using the pre-installed OpenVPN. So I installed Debian 11 from the OS templates, and it didn't work. Then I re-installed Ubuntu using the OS template, which worked, and pre-installed OpenVPN.

I've offered your the first plan, which indeed is LXC, but for 1GB of RAM and 2TB of bandwidth costs only 2 EUR/month. We have a similar KVM plan, for 3EUR/month, with 1GB RAM and 3TB BW.
Why... A /32 has 4.3 billion /64s
KVM would have been better for me. I typically install XanMod then Wireguard on my VPS I use for VPNs.

If you have OS templates on KVM plans for other VPN software, it would be great.
I will create a KVM server as well.
Typically it install the recipe automatically, but when you reinstall you can select "none" at recipe instead of "OpenVPN Install" and it will install the clean OS.
In fact all OS templates are clean, we are just running a recipe at start to install the desired software.

KVM - short review update!
Tested Debian 11 and 12 OS templates, neither worked.
Tested AlmaLinux 9.2 template, worked but didn't install my SSH key.
Tested Ubuntu 22 template, and it didn't work.
Tested Ubuntu 20 template, and far as I know this is the only one working as intended, also installs the SSH key, and OpenVPN.
I will test the rest of the OS templates after the VPN tests.
Edit: Rocky 9.2 template works, didn't install my SSH key.
CentOS 8.2 template working as intended, installed SSH key and OpenVPN.
openSUSE template not working.
Installed Wireguard.
Note, I'm on the US East coast.
No VPN for reference.

While I didn't do any further testing on LXC past using it for a VPN. I did test HestiaCP (my free CP of choice) on the KVM VPS, but without ClamAV and SpamAssassin since it's only 1GB.
Website speed test, basic page running nginx over https and cloudflared.

Rating: 5/5 as a VPN VPS.
The only issue seems to be the OS templates, but you can upload your own ISOs, which is a huge plus.
Thank you @Naomii for the review! Indeed I have tested the openvpn install only on the top OS templates, like ubuntu and centos, which was a mistake ..because I am using almalinux as the main OS for my nodes. I worked with other hosting companies and all OS templates from Virtualizor worked correctly, maybe it's a bug related to latest updates.. I don't know, but I will check with them.
