Looking for VPS in Chicago with BGP with Cogent upstream

I'm looking for a VPS in Chicago with BGP - no need for full feed - having Cogent as upstream
I don't need any other upstreams so BGP communities to stop announcement via other upstreams is a must

vCPU - 2-4
RAM - 2GB
SSD - 20GB
IP - 1
Bandwidth - 2TB

Budget - $20/month

    Hosthatch doesnt have cogent as upstream but Datapacket.

    Customer support confirmed to me they support BGP in all of their locations.

    We do indeed offer BGP in all of our locations with a $10 USD NRC, no MRC.

    In Chicago, we're connected to CDN77 (primary) and Telia (backup). CDN77 has Cogent. If you do BGP with us, you can use the communities required to not announce to everyone except Cogent for your prefixes to accomplish what you are looking to do.

    We were offering free BGP in London and Sydney with our Black Friday offerings.

    We offer BGP in all of our locations otherwise.

    My network is anycast so the 1x AS PATH longer because of CDN77's ASN on the path is preventing me from using you unfortunately ( AS174 AS60068 AS63473 MYAS vs AS174 AS63473 MYAS ) - i need cogent direct as upstream on whatever the provided of the VPS is

    Thanks however they are not a direct upstream , they are an upstream of their usptream.
