Hi , i want to use it for reverse proxy so disk space is not concern for me.
I need DMCA ignore server. 15$ to 20$ per year

    Why would that matter? His recommendations are quite decent in pretty much any case.

    Edit: Chances are you won't find many serious offers in that price range. BuyVM is OK but pretty much sold out permanently and Luxembourg isn't the best location for such things anyways.

    DMCA is not ignored.
