I’m looking for some Ryzen 9 7000 series dedicated servers in US West, US Central, and APAC. I’m not looking for anything other than Ryzen 9 7000 series, not even 5000 series.

2 TB NVMe SSD

I went with Interserver. I’ve been using them in their NYC Metro location and it’s been really great.
Update on the above: It's been almost a week and the server I bought from Interserver was never provisioned in the right datacenter. I called them 5 days after purchase to see what was up and they had a tech work on my order but it was provisioned in their NJ datacenter even though I requested in the order for it to be in LA. I've received a refund from them and went with someone else. Just thought I'd share my experience.
I'm still looking for Dallas, TX providers and now EU/UK (not Hetzner) that are priced similarly to PebbleHost's configuration.
