Can someone explain what "fair use" constitutes - and what the opposite of it is?

Our annual special offer plans only include a single CPU core.

We do have plans that include multiple cores, which can be found here.

As for usage of the allocated CPU, we ask that you maintain load averages within the amount of cores you have. For example, if you have one (1) CPU core, the load averages should be ~1.00, with brief exceptions for things like backups and updates being acceptable. Or if you have two (1) CPU cores, the load averages should be ~2.00.

The load average can be retrieved by running the Linux uptime command.

Tagging @josephf, on the basis he had the same question.

I hope that helps :) Thank you for your inquiry.
