I'm looking to buy OVHG Kimsufi server. Anyone's using this server? I need to do KVM and create some VMs on this. Am I able to do that? I asked OVH but they didn't reply yet.

I'm running Proxmox on it, which is running KVM and LXC guests.
100% possible. Just install Proxmox as the OS and make a couple of tiny changes to the networking to allow you to create your own NAT network.
