Host Slim's shared Direct Admin is going for 2 euros/year: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/190538/cyber-monday-premium-webhosting-5gb-ssd-unmetered-options-instant-setup-2-y#latest
5gb is too small...
What is your minimum disk space requirement?
should be 20+ i suppose
5gb is perfectly fine for simple static websites used for personal bio, small business etc. I've seen lean optimized static sites under 10gb. These days its easier to do with next gen image formats like avif which weigh in at 10% of what a jpeg would.
For sites larger than 5gb. going the VPS route might be a smarter choice, especially from a scaling/load balancing perspective.
By all signs, the OP is dreadfully uninterested by any of your (otherwise helpful) suggestions

Even a WordPress site could fit under 5GB.
