Would be great to know your use case. Do you just need a lot of storage for cheap or do you need a server that also performs admirably?
If the latter then we have storage servers in Germany and Finland with NVMe Gen4 boot drive for snappy OS and application performance with large RAID-6 NVMe cached HDDs for the storage
