    NV1 data center crashed one of their routers and took us down.
    It was fixed by the time we physically got to the data center to check our gear.

    I would stay away from c1vhosting. I signed up for one of their annual plans and I had nothing but trouble. After 7 days I asked for a refund given all the problems and they refused. If you search around you'll see at one point they wanted their customers send them a 60 day notice by mail (not email) with a scan of your ID to cancel, there was a major push back.

    No way would I do a year upfront on a unproven host anymore, learned my lesson by being seduced by low prices but that means nothing if they limit your access and have network issues

    No backup for Storage packages - RAID10 anyway, just SSD Storage is backed up every day.
