What? KVM-XEON-1GB10G is 12.87 GBP. That's roughly 14.80 EUR now, and for USD, I paid a bit over $16 due to PayPal fees. The price is exactly as advertised, not even sure where you got 1.43 from, it's annual payment only.
You don't need to write a message every 2 minutes, people have their own lives too. If you bothered to read the banner on the page right after you signed up, you would see that support is offered over Discord. Even though Discord isn't the best form of communication for a company, you can't say you don't know that's where support is because it's a huge banner on every single page.
