Clouvider is in general premium. Prices on higher plans might come closer to, for example, Hetzner Xeon's from auctions but everyone knows their own needs.

We are not a DDoS protection provider. If you are frequently attacked perhaps consider one that specialises in this type of services.

This is best effort, free of charge protection for occasional attacks.
Your vps configurations are similar to Hetzner cloud. (I guess you don't have block storage)
Do you plan to offer similar VPS configurations with Netcup vserver? (I think you only sell nvme, no sata ssd)

You can add additional IP addresses to a server, you can also upgrade the server but once the server is destroyed, all addresses are released. It’s not possible to reserve an IP address.
How licensed?
Through an SPLA program.
The option is not available to VPS Customers yet.
I was using Clouvider in past and network were perfect, high speed bandwidth.
With @Clouvider VPS, network is mesmerizing premium quality
