License transfers are possible on both sites.
That said, It depends on the conversion rates you are getting and so on. If you just compare the base license. However these include an add-on company as well.....
still blesta.com would turn out to be economical

I have an owned licence with blesta.store, I can tell you that when i needed help updating an IP recovery and the my account, due to my own mistake, the response was very fast, helpful and informative.
Maybe you can get the same great service via blesta directly, but i'm more than happy with my purchase.
