Does it have to be Scotland? We have VM's in the UK, in the East Midlands.

I doubt you will find someone offering Scottish VPS on LET.
It's a very under-served region because 99% of ISP's backhaul traffic down to London, meaning you're just doubling your latency in most instances for no good reason.
