I am currently looking for dedicated server hosting services and polling to find a reliable provider. Here are the specifications I am looking for in cheap/budget range
Subnet Requirements: /29, /26, /24
Data Center Ownership: Provider should own their own data center/ should be able to provide server from reliable DC
Service Assurance: Commitment to providing reliable services
Connectivity Expertise: Willingness to resolve any server connectivity issues promptly
Server Specifications:
Dual Core Intel Xeon Processors/i7/

There aren't many Providers that have their own Datacenter so you might just go with the big Providers such as Hetzner or OVH as they own Datacenters.
