It only costs $1.4 to buy this CPU in the Chinese Taobao market.
Buy the cpu, ram, disk, chassis, power and network infrastructure yourself.
Sure, feel free to build the system and we can colocate it for a price then.

I'd recommend avoiding providers like this who decide to issue fraudulent chargebacks against their suppliers.
Is this drama I see? Ooooooh
Can you back that up with proof? Pretty serious allegation if you ask me...
Happily.
Client's address is blurred as we're not trying to dox anyone.
First few chargebacks (for services rendered months ago) are below:

Whilst i'm not going to go into specific details or amounts, this client was mistakenly refunded 3+ months of colocation, when we attempted to collect on this, they went silent, 12h after placing the matter with debt collection, the rest of the payments are coincidentally charged back, for multiple cabinets of colocation across multiple months. The amount isn't insignificant, we're talking well into the thousands.
@jizbel what's your side?
This means the PayPal account is stolen.
Jizbel didn't make these transactions, so that you can't blame him.
So someone else paid for his colocation for him?
I'm curious, how does someone mistakenly refund a customer for 3+ months of service without intending to process the refund? There's multiple clicks involved in that usually, so how it was done without fully intending to process it piques my curiosity. To me, that would fall under the provider's responsibility and wouldn't be the client's fault that it was refunded. Sure, you can try to collect on that but in most cases (from what I've seen) payment providers and agencies will look at that and reject those collection attempts as it was an error on your end.
Maybe, but then the equipment belongs to someone else.
Not paying colo fees means you can take away and sell the equipment.
It seems that the alleged chargeback incident happened in San Francisco.
My ixp1 in Kansas City is safe, for now.
I hear that there is a drama. Where is it?
Hypere refunds customer "by mistake" and wants to charge customer again.
Fraudster pays Hypere with stolen PayPal account.
Account owner finds out and files chargeback.
Hypere is mad and wants to create drama.
Both parties experienced victimisation.
Does involucration is on the table?
That's a chunk of money alright...
Scams.. again...
Chicken and scams goes well.
