Predefined Replies for WHMCS

Can someone help me with the WHMCS Predefined Replies? I can't seem to find any templates for it.

    Caned responses. This should be made by you. Demo wolf was good for kb resources.

    Heh, youngster... There was website which sold pre-build knowledge base articles for WHMCS. It called "Demo wolf". No longer exist.

    I can only assume that they use the default "Support Ticket Reply" template found under Settings > Email Templates > Support Messages.
