large storage VPS on US West Coast; provider with a longer-term history

Have had Ramnode since 2016. However, need large storage KVM VPS.
Provider should have been in business for 5-10 years, good reviews.
One gig of RAM, at least 250G of storage.
Who to look for?
Can be Seattle, Los Angeles, etc, just needs to be on West Coast.

The most common location for West Coast is Los Angeles, but you can try Seattle or San Jose too. @crunchbits Spokane, WA location also pretty good in terms of latency to Asia.
