The CPU is unstable, is it not VDS, is it dedicated to the CPU? But within a few minutes of using it, I tested it and found that the computing performance was high for a while and then low for a while.
which package did you ordered? can you share your invoice number ?
IF you ordered VDS it is definitely a VPS with Dedicated CPU vCore i.e. Thread
vCore = Thread and each CPU Core has 2 Threads which means a core is shared among two VPS or two users, so if the other Thread user is also using it then you may not get the same performance as you get when the other user is not using it
