Haven't seen much serious EU storage deals beyond @LiteServer If you can dig up their offers they might match your budget (can't remember 100%, sorry). Otherwise there is always Hetzners storage boxes at around 3,50€ (depending on VAT) for 1TB.

Yeah, one can always hope, even if europe doesn't seem to be all that lucky this year.
