Does anyone know good helpdesk solution which could be attached to Jira and have 2-ways synchronization?
Thanks!

Why wouldn’t you want to use Jira?
JIRA Service deck is not free. I think @MarshalChe wants free
@jamesrat, they are good for task management, but ticketing is not their top side.
@huntercop, Jira itself is present, but it needs to have side solution, because Jira is for internal connections and something is needed to serve external requests. And to have good/merged statistics it should be synced with Jira.
Jira can be also used as external ticketing system for clients. You can create specific form for specific client. If you want something open source then OSTicket.
@MarshalChe see this resource

OSTicket works pretty well for something open-source that you can sync with Jira. I’ve set it up before to handle external requests, and it did the job without too much hassle.
Also, if you’re creating a lot of tickets in Jira, using jira ticket templates has been a game-changer for me. It makes setting up issues way faster, especially when you’ve got epics and sub-tasks involved.
Jira can definitely be used for external requests, as others have noted this is called Jira Service Management. If you're using Jira anyway then I'd just setup JSM as its going to be integrate seamlessly with your other Jira issues. If that isn't suitable for some reason you'll have a hard part finding something opensource to integrate with Jira, but best of luck with the hunt!
