You can't find anywhere a Ryzen 7950 at $120/mo. Even in Hetzner is more expensive with the setup fee and taxes.
hetzner is 107 EUR per month + one time set up fee
I can consider reasonable alternatives
Hey,
We've got 7950X systems at $150/month - https://pebblehost.com/dedicated/configure?server=301
We've also got Ryzen 7900's at $99/month, which have quite a bit better price vs performance ratio - https://pebblehost.com/dedicated/configure?server=298
You won't find Hetzner pricing for the 7950X.
Hi Charged, contact us with the RAM and storage option you're looking for, it might be possible for us to make this work for you.

There's little point in citing an offer that is way over the OP's expressed budget
(If you do this, it looks like you're spamming)
