I need a cheap vps around $2 monthly max, would setup a wireguard server on it only.
1 ipv4+1 ipv6, and also must be able to open ports.
Bandwidth - Unmetered prefered
Speed - 100-200 mbps max
Am from India, so anything on the far west side gives me a high ping times.
I will be setting up a seedbox on my client with private trackers, so any torrent traffic shouldn't cause any issue on vps.
Any idea/suggestions guys? Also, since BF is coming, would you all like to suggest me something that I should wait for?

Just a couple days ago, @Hizakura provided very cheap services that are very suitable for your intention (check their site or their post here in LET)
Since Wireguard is very efficient with resources, you can even use very cheap services from CloudNium (@Tang_Lichun) at $0.50/month but that's only IPv6 (though you can use services like tunnelbroker for getting an IPv4 too)
Does anyone of them provide inbound transfer for free? Because, if I use wireguard I will be charged double bandwidth right.

Usually nat vps will allocate a part of the port for you, and you can only use this range

You should consider that gfw will ban the nat ip because it is used by too many people and may have been blacklisted.

I wouldn't advise c1vhosting. They can limit access of your VPS for no warning and have terrible support
