    Giving a party at 23:13:20 with countdown, champagne popping, fireworks et al, in the middle of rural Italy where people barely handle a TV remote and speak local tribal languages.

    Nearby farmer would call 112 and I'd be in jail by 23:20:00. If the gendarmes car works.

    Sry but we use Windows timestamp.
    Year 00-29 is interpreted as 20xx, year 30-99 is interpreted as 19xx.
