Hi,
We are currently hosted on AMD Rome CPU 8 cores and 20GB Ram.
But our woocommerce site is terrible slow, who has the solution for us! Help us out.
Location: Europe, Netherlands/Germany/France

Hetzner in DE and Liteserver @LiteServer in NL
The latter is goated.
Look for a provider with fast CPU. Example: Ryzen 5950X or 7950X.
Probably slow because poor server config or poor website config or both. Throwing more hardware at it is a classic move, but might be cheaper to get a professional to optimize your existing setup first.
maybe the problem is not the server? templates and plugins can slow down the site, lack of optimization and caching
You should hire someone to optimise your website. 8 cores and 20GB RAM is plenty for a WP website and throwing more resources on it is unlikely to make it any faster
What kind of slow? The VPS or the website? and what panel and stack are you using? Nginx? Apache or OLS - LiteSpeed? and what theme are you using for WooCommerce? Sorry, but you need to be more specific with your issue, otherwise, we can't do nothing.
first course of action should be fixing and optimizing existing website and server. if you've already completed this steps and just looking for superior hardware, go with server with Ryzen 7950X and CDN with Dynamic Caching Supported.
where do you hire those kind of services. I feel like they would blow the bank. Like 4 figures and up or something.
You can find and hire LowEndConsultants from LET
check for a VPS with 4 cores of 5950x or 7950x. can't recommend anyone specific.
Like others have said above, optimising WordPress is definitely the way.
Can you give more details on your WooCommerce install?
How many SKUs and conncurrent registered users do you have? What theme are you using? How many plugins do you rely on? What web server are you running?
Get a hetzner dedi from the auction. I got a 7700 and it works great.
Try using a VPS or dedicated server with a Ryzen 7950X3D, if it's still slow, it means there's a problem with your website optimization, not the server. There may be a bottleneck
Are you using any caching?? No way it should be that slow, the problem isn't resources unless you have excessive (VPS) steal.
That spec is powerful enough. You need to optimize the server setting and site itself.
OVH have their amd range.
Just going to repeat what everyone already said. I ran a WooCommerce test site on 1v core and 2Gigs and it ran great. Just don't have a alexhost-esc (sorry, that's what came to mind) site.
If you think Xeon Gold based VPS works for you, have a look at https://my.hosteons.com/store/europe-kvm-nvme-gigabit-vps-france-and-germany
We offer in France as well as Germany
We even have a Christmas special going on https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/191276/hosteons-krampus-giveaways-christmas-offers-vps-offers-in-9-dc-kvm-ovz-us-eu/p1 but this does not have all the packages in it
If your woocommerce site has enought traffic to put 8cores and 20Gb ram (on a SSD I'm sure) to the ground, then you'd be probably better off with a BigCommerce site, Shopify plus, or maybe even just Shopify thus not having to worry about backups, CDN's, and whatnot.
Then again, you're on a VPS, so maybe you have UP TO 8 vcores and 20GB RAM, so that's be a different ball game and maybe the issue is indeed your VPS, but then my first option would not be to switch to yet another VPS, but instead move to your own server.
Or maybe their server is oversold and no real 8c/20Gb are available.
