1. Yes - we don't have minimums and are always happy to facilitate bulk ordering as long as we have the inventory. Feel free to PM me what you're looking for and I can help, otherwise you can open a ticket by emailing [email protected]
2. We allow announcing BGP IP. We do have some minor minimums to waive any setup fee (either one $50+ server or 3+ servers if under $50).
