Today is very important day in Poland's history - National Independence Day.

Just like the Ukrainians, the price of the concept of Independence is very familiar to the Poles.

In honor of such momentous event for brotherly Polish people, on behalf of the whole team of Ukrainian hosting-provider skhron, we would like to express our gratitude to Polish people for all their support in this incredibly challenging time for Ukraine. We sincerely appreciate and will always be mindful of it!

To commemorate this event we offer you uniquely favourable prices for our virtual private servers at our Warsaw site!

Payment methods

We accept plenty of options, as well as cryptocurrency:

  • Wire transfer via SEPA;
  • Few cryptocurrencies via non-custodial self-hosted BTCPayServer & Bitcart instances: Bitcoin (BTC) + Lightning payments (LN), Monero (XMR), Tron (TRX) and USDT-TRC20.
  • Credit/Debit card payment gateways, who are unlike Stripe do not allow merchant to collect clients' card details:
    • LiqPay - operated by the largest Ukrainian bank (PrivatBank); Fee is 1.5%
    • MonoPay - operated by another Ukrainian bank (monobank); Fee is 2% (has separate fees for Ukrainian and abroad bank cards)
    • Fondy - large international payment processor operating in multiple EU countries and Ukraine; Fee is 2.7% (has separate fees for Ukrainian and abroad bank cards)

Please beware that due to PayPal policy regarding Ukraine, we are unable to offer PayPal as a payment method yet.

Acceptable/Fair Use Policy

We allow I2P & Tor (except exit nodes), IRC, VPN/proxy (both private & public) as long as you are able to enforce the following prohibitions on its end-users - in short, you must not use our services for:

  • adult content distribution (illegal in Ukraine);
  • port scan/unauthorized access (i.e. hacking in general);
  • any other activity leading to our IP addresses getting blacklisted by Google Search Engine/Spamhaus (SBL or XBL)/SORBS/Mailspike/BarracudaCentral.

We are providing VPS, thus the physical CPU cores are shared among our clients. This allows us to significantly lower the service price while still providing decent performance. The sharing is implemented because most of the time VPS are not fully utilized and remain idle.

Fair Use Policy (FUP) for vCPU, which is expressed as a percentage, indicates the allowed continuous load the client can impose on the vCPU. It is specified as total server cores used in percents, meaning that if the FUP is set at 400%, the Customer can fully utilize up to four vCPU cores. The percentage does not depend on the allocated vCPU count for yours VPS. vCPU usage spikes are totally fine as long as no steal time occurs, thus spikes up to 1 hour daily are fine. In the event of excessive load we will try to reach out the suspected abuser within reasonable time frame, elsewhere we will be forced to enforce vCPU throttling manually to prevent negative impact on other virtual servers performance level.

    Does 100% FUP mean, it can be used 100%, like a VDS?

    Edit: missed the para in fup. Ignore.

    No, please check "Acceptable/Fair Use Policy" paragraph - it means one core may be fully utilized.

    Unfortunately, there is expensive traffic. No way to include more without lying to our customers :(

    My bird instance with OSPF will continuously use around 10% of the vCPU.
    Would I be terminated for FUP breach?

    You will be fine with "1 vCPU (25% FUP)" and higher plans, otherwise throttling could be applied at some point

    Unfortunately, our credit/debit card payment gateways failed to correctly process our international clients, causing lots of failed payment attempts and cancelled orders.

    We have contacted them and were told the issue is solved. If you are still interested in this offer, you can give Monopay and Fondy a try. Unfortunately, it looks like that LiqPay is too restrictive and processes transactions of only Ukrainian banks.
