Is Kuroit down for everybody?

Our server in London stopped working since this morning. The main website doesn't even load. I emailed them and no response.

Worried about the uptime.

    My server in Frankfurt is working.

    EDIT: panel is fine aka https://my.kuroit.com/
    main page aka https://kuroit.com complains about SSL cert, but works too
    I don't see any outrage on theirs Discord that shit mass-broken

    I was able to reach the site through https://my.kuroit.com/ to raise a support ticket for my server. Thank you.

  • I have no issue accessing the control panel of the services and all my services are up and running. It seems that only the certificate of their main website (https://kuroit.com) is expired.

  • This is the reply I got from support after 2 hours from raising the ticket:

    "I have cross-checked the node in which you are; it was not down today and only had a SSH issue, which was sorted 20 minutes ago."

    My VPS was fully frozen and wasn't able to communicate with the central API. 6 hours of total downtime and provider doesn't believe me. I gave up on the support ticket trying to find out the root cause.

    Hello,

    As told earlier, there was no downtime; the only issue was not being able to ssh. I have run the top command for your reference.

    top: 14:28:34 up 299 days, 19:50, 2 users, load average: 1.75, 1.41, 1.36

    And the SSH issue was because we were facing syn flooding on port 22.
