Hi, there,
I have this server to transfer.
Initially I had planned to use it for backup, but during few days the disk IO was really problematic.
I opened a ticket and they started monitoring and limiting abusers. They have also increased the cache size on the node.
I have to say I'm happy with the support, they responded well and I've really seen a difference. Now I find it incredible for the price.
But in the meantime I've paid for another storage server with a 3-year commitment.
So I no longer have any use for it.
