at least 500GB SSD or more (better with upgrade options if need more in future)
at least 4TB bandwidth @ 1Gbps port

Maybe $20 per month idk but that’s mainly dependent on the offers provided so it’s basically open.
I still remember that @contabo_m claims to expand to India since few years ago but sadly still not yet.
This is not possible in India.
The budget is referenced by similar plans in Asia locations from Contabo but can be raised if needed.
@leapswitch @Hostzop These are the only people I know with India DCs.
